Effective Date: May 1, 2018
Subject to the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, any person applying for a Development Permit may appeal the decision of the Development Officer to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by filing a written notice of appeal with the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date a decision concerning the Development Permit was made.

A Development Permit Application shall, at the option of the applicant, be deemed to be refused in accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of this Bylaw, and the applicant shall appeal in writing to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board within 21 days after the date of expiry of the time period specified in section 16 of this Bylaw.
