7.          Semi-detached Housing means development consisting of a building containing two principal Dwellings joined in whole or in part at the side or rear with neither of those Dwellings being placed over another in whole or in part.  Each principal Dwelling has separate, individual, and direct access to ground level. This type of development is designed and constructed as two Dwellings at the time of initial construction of the building. This Use does not include Duplexes.
