The purpose of this provision is to provide for convenience commercial and personal service uses, including minor alcohol sales and cannabis retail sales, which are intended to serve the day to day needs of residents within the adjacent residential neighbourhood.
This provision shall apply to Lot 2, Block 6, Plan 0625868 as shown on Appendix I of this Schedule "B" and as shown on Schedule “A” of this Bylaw adopting this provision, Ellerslie

Child Care Services
Commercial Schools
Convenience Retail Stores
Drive-in Food Services
Fascia On-premises Signs
Freestanding On-premises Signs
Gas Bars

Indoor Participant Recreation Services
Minor Alcohol Sales
Minor Amusement Establishments
Minor Secondhand Stores with a Floor Area less than 275 m2
Minor Service Stations
Personal Service Shops
Professional, Financial and Office Support Services
Projecting On-premises Signs
Public Libraries and Cultural Exhibits
Rapid Drive-through Vehicle Services
Religious Assemblies
Residential Sales Centre
Restaurants,
Roof On-premises Signs

Notwithstanding Section 720.3 (2) of the Zoning Bylaw, no Site Plan is appended to this Provision.
Notwithstanding the title of section 310.5 of the Zoning Bylaw, All development shall be in compliance with Section 310.4 and 310.5 of the Zoning Bylaw.
Restaurants, Specialty Food Services and Bars and Neighbourhood Pubs shall not exceed 100 occupants and 120 m2 of Public Space. I
No individual business premises for any Use having a Floor Area shall be greater than 275 m2,
Cannabis Retail Sales shall be in compliance with Section 70 of the Zoning Bylaw.
