To establish a District for a range of medium industrial uses and to provide the opportunity for Private.
This DC5 District shall apply to Condominium Plan 942 1633, Industrial Heights, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this District.

General Contractor Services
Equipment Rentals
General Industrial Uses
Industrial Vehicle and Equipment Sales/Rentals
Automotive and Equipment Repair Shops
Fleet Services
Recycling Depots
Warehouse Sales
Flea Markets
Private Clubs
Development in this District shall comply with Sections 420.4 and 420.5 of the Land Use Bylaw.
Signs in this District shall be developed in accordance with Section 79H of the Land Use Bylaw.
