DC2.418.1.         General Purpose

To establish a District for a range of medium industrial uses and to provide the opportunity for Private.

DC2.418.2.          Area of Application

This DC5 District shall apply to Condominium Plan 942 1633, Industrial Heights, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this District.

DC2.418.3.          Uses

1. Animal Hospitals and Shelters

2. Auctioneering Establishments

3. General Contractor Services

4. Equipment Rentals

5. General Industrial Uses

6. Industrial Vehicle and Equipment Sales/Rentals

7. Automotive and Equipment Repair Shops

8. Fleet Services

9. Recycling Depots

10. Warehouse Sales

11. Flea Markets

12. Private Clubs

DC2.418.4.          Development Regulations

1. Development in this District shall comply with Sections 420.4 and 420.5 of the Land Use Bylaw.

2. Signs in this District shall be developed in accordance with Section 79H of the Land Use Bylaw.
