(DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision

DC2.433.1.        General Purpose

To establish a Site Specific Development Control District that would accommodate the development of a landscaped parking area to serve the northerly abutting commercial site, in accordance with the Highlands Neighbourhood Planning Study.

DC2.433.2.        Area of Application

This district shall apply to Lot 11A, Block 18, Plan 1412 NY; located at 11535-66 Street, Highlands.

DC2.433.3.        Use

Accessory Surface Parking exclusively for the northerly abutting (Lot 12A, Block 18, Plan 1412 NY) commercial site.

DC2.433.4.        Development Criteria

Development on this site including details of site access and development and shall be in accordance with Appendix I.

 

Development on this site shall comply with the regulations of Section 330 of the Land Use Bylaw.
