To accommodate a range of Industrial and Business Uses and Casinos and Other Gaming Establishments.
This District shall apply to Lot 5A, Block 1, Plan 842 1367 and all of that portion of Lot One (1) which lies east of a line drawn throughout the said lot, the said line being parallel to the south westerly boundary thereof one hundred and sixty three (163) feet perpendicularly distant therefrom, containing 1.36 hectares, more or less, Block Y, Plan 2892 ET (13403 Fort Road), Belvedere.
Auctioneering Establishments, provided that all goods and equipment to be auctioned are stored and displayed within an enclosed building

Casinos and Other Gaming Establishments.

The Development Regulations in Sections 410.4 and 410.5, and the regulations of Section 750 of the Land Use Bylaw shall apply to all development on this site.
All applications for Gaming Establishments shall be limited to bingos.
