The general purpose of the proposed DC5 District would be to establish a District for Convenience Commercial and Personal Service Uses, including Minor Alcohol Sales. The services to be provided in the shopping centre are intended to serve the day to day needs of residents within the established La Perle neighbourhood.
This DC5 District shall apply to Lot 3, Block 46, Plan 782 1059 (1.72 ha), located at 97 Avenue and 182 Street, La Perle, as shown on Schedule "A" appended to the Bylaw adopting this District.

Minor Second Hand Stores with a gross floor area of less than 275 m2 (2960 sq. ft).

Personal Service Shops
Professional, Financial and Office Support Services
Professional Offices
Public Libraries and Cultural Exhibits
Rapid Drive-through Vehicle Services
Religious Assembly
All developments in this District shall comply with Sections 310.4 and 310.5 of the Land Use Bylaw.
Signs shall be allowed in this District as provided for in Schedule 79D and in accordance with the general provisions of Section 79.1 to 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw.
Minor Alcohol Sales shall be restricted to the western half of the district and Section 98 (3) of the Land Use Bylaw shall not apply to such development.
