To establish a Site Specific Development Control District for industrial businesses which carry out their operations such that no nuisance factor is created or apparent outside an enclosed building and such that the District is compatible with any adjacent District.
This DC5 District shall apply to Lot A, Plan 2693 NY as shown on Schedule "A" attached to the Bylaw adopting this District; Armstrong Industrial.
Auctioneering Establishments, provided that all goods and equipment to be auctioned stored and displayed within an enclosed building
Automotive and Equipment Repair Shops
Automotive and Minor Recreation Vehicle Sales/Rentals
Broadcasting and Motion Picture Studios
Business Support Services
Commercial Schools
Convenience Retail Stores
Convenience Vehicle Rentals
Cremation and Interment Services
Drive-in Food Services
Equipment Rentals, provided that all equipment and goods for rent are contained with an enclosed building
Flea Markets
Fleet Services
Funeral Services
Gas Bars
General Industrial Uses
Greenhouses and Plant Nurseries
Health Services
Indoor Participant Recreation Services
Limited Contractor Services
Major and Minor Alcohol Sales
Major and Minor Eating and Drinking Establishments
Major and Minor Service Stations
Minor Amusement Establishments
Minor Veterinary Services
Mobile Catering Food Services
aa. Outdoor Participant Recreation Services
bb. Professional, Financial & Office Support Services
cc. Rapid Drive-through Vehicle Services
dd. Recycled Materials Drop-off Centres

All development in this District shall comply with the requirements of Sections 410.4 and 410.5 of the Land Use Bylaw.
Signs shall be allowed in this District as provided for in Schedule 79H and in accordance with the general provisions of Section 79.1 to 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw.
