To establish a Site Specific Development Control District to accommodate a commercial development for entertainment and related uses and to establish site development criteria that will ensure compatibility with surrounding commercial development.
This DC5 District shall apply to a portion of Lot B, Plan 5903 KS, located south of Stony Plain Road and east of 178 Street; Place La Rue, as shown on Schedule "A" attached to this bylaw
General Retail Stores
Minor Amusement Establishments
Major Amusement Establishments
Indoor participant Recreation Services
Minor Eating and Drinking Establishments
Major Eating and Drinking Establishments
Spectator Entertainment Establishments
Development in this District shall comply with the requirements of Sections 320.4 and 320.5 of the Land Use Bylaw except for the following criteria:
The maximum height shall be 10 m (32.8 ft.) or 2 storeys;
Signs shall be allowed in this District as provided for in Schedule 79D and in accordance with the general provisions of Section 79.1 and 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw.
