DC2.547.1.        General Purpose

To establish a District for Convenience Commercial and Personal Service uses including minor alcohol sales which are intended to serve the day-to-day needs of residents within the Forest Heights neighbourhood.

DC2.547.2.        Area of Application

This DC2 District shall apply to Lot 1, Block 1B, Plan 6906 KS; located at 79 Street and 106 Avenue, Forest Heights, as shown on Schedule "A" of this bylaw, adopting this district.

DC2.547.3.       Uses

  1. Minor Alcohol Sales

  2. Convenience Retail Stores

  3. Health Services

  4. Minor Eating and Drinking Establishments

  5. Personal Service Shops

  6. Professional, Financial and Office Support Services

DC2.547.4.      Development Regulations

  1. The uses shall be developed in accordance with Section 310.4 of the Land Use Bylaw

  2. Minor Alcohol Sales shall be developed in accordance with Section 98 of the Land Use Bylaw.

  3. Signs shall be allowed in accordance with Schedule 79D, and in accordance with the general provisions of Sections 79.1 to 79.9 inclusive of the Land Use Bylaw.
