Part IV Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

To provide a Direct Development Control District to accommodate the development of low density residential uses and to establish site development criteria that will ensure compatibility with surrounding residential development.
This DC2 District shall apply to a portion of NW Section 20-51-24-W4M, Blackmud Creek, as shown on Schedule "A" Map appended to the Bylaw adopting this DC2 District

Major Home Occupations
Minor Home Occupations
Residential Sales Centre
Semi-detached Housing
Single Detached Housing
Semi-detached Housing - development in this district shall comply with the provisions of Section 150.4 of the Land Use Bylaw except that:
the minimum site area shall be 225 m2;
the minimum side yard shall be 1.2 m;
Single Detached Housing development in this District shall comply with the provisions of Section 111.4 of the Land Use Bylaw except that
the minimum side yard shall be 1.2 m.
Major Home Occupations shall be developed in accordance with Section 85 of the Land Use Bylaw.
Child Care Services shall be developed in accordance with Section 93 of the Land Use Bylaw
Residential Sales Centres shall be developed in accordance with Section 95 of the Land Use Bylaw.
Signs shall be allowed in this District in accordance with Schedule 79A and the general provisions of Sections 79.1 to 79.9 of the Land Use Bylaw.
