The purpose of this DC2 is to provide direct control over a call centre facility by combining a Professional, Financial, and Office Support use class with the compatible Commercial Schools use.
The Provisions shall apply to Lot 4C, Block 1, Plan 872 0678, located at 8403 Coronet Road NW as shown on Schedule "A" annexed to the Bylaw adopting this DC2 Provision.

Site layout shall be in general accordance with Appendix 1 of this Bylaw.
The maximum Floor Area Ratio shall be 2.0.
Commercial Schools shall be limited to a maximum of 50% of the total floor area
A minimum Yard of 3.0 m shall be required where any lot line of the Site abuts a public roadway, other than a Lane.
No parking, loading, storage, trash collection, outdoor service or display area shall be permitted within a required Yard.
The maximum Building Height shall be 18.0 m.
Signs shall comply with the regulations found in Schedule 59H of Bylaw 12800.
