DC2.585.1.        General Purpose

The purpose of this provision is to provide for convenience commercial and personal service uses, including minor alcohol sales, which are intended to serve the day to day needs of residents within the adjacent residential neighbourhood.

DC2.585.2.       Area of Application

This provision shall apply to a portion of Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 012 0737 as shown on Schedule "A" adopting this Bylaw, Ellerslie

DC2.585.3.      Uses

  1. Apartment Housing

  2. Bars and Neighbourhood Pubs, for less than 100 occupants and 120 m2 of Public Space

  3. Child Care Services

  4. Commercial Schools

  5. Convenience Retail Stores

  6. Drive-in Food Services

  7. Fascia On-premises Signs

  8. Freestanding On-premises Signs

  9. Gas Bars

  10. General Retail Stores

  11. Health Services

  12. Individual business premises for a Permitted Use having a Floor Area greater than 275 m2

  13. Indoor Participant Recreation Services

  14. Minor Alcohol Sales

  15. Minor Amusement Establishments

  16. Minor Secondhand Stores with a Floor Area less than 275 m2

  17. Minor Service Stations

  18. Personal Service Shops

  19. Professional, Financial and Office Support Services

  20. Projecting On-premises Signs

  21. Public Libraries and Cultural Exhibits

  22. Rapid Drive-through Vehicle Services

  23. Religious Assemblies

  24. Residential Sales Centre

  25. Restaurants, for less than 100 occupants and 120 m2 of Public Space

  26. Roof On-premises Signs

aa.  Specialty Food Services, for less than 100 occupants and 120 m2 of Public Space

bb.  Temporary On-premises Signs

DC2.585.4.        Development Regulations

Notwithstanding Section. 720.3 (2) of the Zoning Bylaw, no Site Plan is appended to this Provision.

 

All development shall be in compliance with Section 310.4 and 310.5 of the Zoning Bylaw.
