To accommodate the development of a public school with a limited range of accessory and complimentary institutional or community service uses, with regulations to ensure that the development will be compatible with the surrounding low density residential development and the site’s prominent location within the community.
Lot 105, Block 6, Plan 052 2392, located 5940 - 159 Avenue, Matt Berry, as shown on the attached Schedule "A" adopting this bylaw.
Public Education Services and Private Education Services
Community Recreation Services
Public Libraries and Cultural Exhibits, as an accessory or secondary use to the Public Education and Private Education Services use
Child Care Services, as an accessory or secondary use to the Public Education and Private Education Services use
Religious Assembly, as an accessory or secondary use to the Public Education and Private Education Services use
Professional, Financial and Office Support Services as an accessory or secondary use to the Public Education and Private Education Services use, and not to exceed 140 m² in size
Fascia On-premises Signs
Projecting On-premises Signs
Temporary On-premises Signs
Freestanding On-premises Signs
Site development shall be in accordance with Appendix 1
The minimum Front Yard shall be 6.0 m.
The minimum Rear Yard shall be 7.5 m.
The minimum Side Yard shall be 4.5 m.
The maximum Building Height shall be 10.0 m.
Where, in the opinion of the Development Officer, it is unreasonable for a development to comply with clause (b), (c) or (d) due to characteristics fundamental to the nature of the Use, the Development Officer may relax the conditions of clause (b), (c) or (d), as required.
Signs shall comply with the regulations found in Schedule 59C.
