To allow the continued use of existing residential buildings and land such that the future development of these lands in accordance with the Griesbach Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan is not prejudiced. Existing Griesbach housing can be relocated to this area and any housing can be upgraded.
Those portions of Section 29-53-24-4, located west of 97 Street NW and south of 153 Avenue NW, shown on Schedule āCā of this Bylaw adopting this Provision, Griesbach.

Notwithstanding Section 720.3.2 of the Zoning Bylaw, no Site Plan is appended to this Provision.
The minimum Front Yard shall be 7.5 m.
The minimum Rear Yard shall be 7.5 m.
The minimum Side Yard shall be 7.5 m.
The maximum building Height shall be 10.0 m.
Signs shall comply with the regulations found in Schedule 59A of the Zoning Bylaw.
No subdivision of land, including bare land condominiums, shall be allowed under this Provision.
All Development Permits issued under this Provision shall expire on October 17, 20252015, whichever is sooner, unless Council approves the issuance of such a Permit by amending this Provision.
No new buildings shall be allowed except for:
new development for Residential Sales Centres;
the relocation to this Area of Application of Single Detached, Semi-detached and Duplex Dwellings existing within the boundaries of the Griesbach Neighbourhood Area Structure Plan at the time of approval of the Bylaw adopting this Provision; and
Accessory structures for existing Dwellings.
An existing Dwelling may be upgraded, and may be expanded by a maximum of 25% of its Floor Area existing at the time of approval of the Bylaw adopting this Provision
There shall be no limit on the number of Single Detached, Semi-detached and Duplex Dwellings allowed on a Lot.
