A Bylaw to amend Bylaw 12800, as amended,

The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

Amendment No. 579

WHEREAS portions of NE, NW, SW 21-51-24-4, Block OT, Plan 752 1485, Block D and E, Plan 872 1140, and Lot 2, Block X, Plan 022 6318, located south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and east of 101 Street SW, Ellerslie, Summerside, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map and Appendix I to Section 930 - Special Area Ellerslie Industrial as (AG) Agricultural Zone and (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone; and

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone and (US) Urban Services Zone;

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:

1.       The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as portions of NE, NW, SW 21-51-24-4, Block OT, Plan 752 1485, Block D and E, Plan 872 1140, and Lot 2, Block X, Plan 022 6318,  located south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and east of 101 Street SW, Ellerslie, Summerside, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AG) Agricultural Zone and (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone to (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone and (US) Urban Services Zone.

2.       The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by deleting from it Appendix I to Schedule 930 and substituting therefor as Appendix I the map annexed hereto as Schedule ”B”.
