WHEREAS Lots 233 to 240, and 263 to 268, inclusive, Block 1; Lots 225 to 240 and 261 to 270, inclusive, Block 2; Lots 219 to 228, 255 to 257, and 260 to 264, inclusive, Block 3; Lots 195 to 198 and 229 to 233, inclusive, Block 4; Lots 199 to 208, 229 and 233 to 238, inclusive, Block 5; and Block OT, all in Plan B3; Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Plan 992 1814; Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 982 4759; Lot 259A, Block 3, Plan 032 5618; Lot 265, Block 3, Plan 042 6394; and Lot 239, Block 5, Plan 052 1580, located west of 101 Street, between 105 Avenue and 106 Avenue, Central McDougall, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (CB2) General Business Zone and (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described properties to (DC1) Direct Development Control Provision;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended,the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as Lots 233 to 240, and 263 to 268, inclusive, Block 1; Lots 225 to 240 and 261 to 270, inclusive, Block 2; Lots 219 to 228, 255 to 257, and 260 to 264, inclusive, Block 3; Lots 195 to 198 and 229 to 233, inclusive, Block 4; Lots 199 to 208, 229 and 233 to 238, inclusive, Block 5; and Block OT, all in Plan B3; Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Plan 992 1814; Lot 3, Block 1, Plan 982 4759; Lot 259A, Block 3, Plan 032 5618; Lot 265, Block 3, Plan 042 6394; and Lot 239, Block 5, Plan 052 1580, located west of 101 Street, between 105 Avenue and 106 Avenue, Central McDougall, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (CB2) General Business Zone and (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to (DC1) Direct Development Control Provision.
