WHEREAS a portion of Block OT, Plan 752 1485; a portion of SW 21-51-24-4 and a portion of NW 21-51-24-4; located east of 101 Street SW and south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW), Ellerslie, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map and Appendix I to Section 930 – Special Area, Ellerslie Industrial as (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone, (CSC) Shopping Centre Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as a portion of Block OT, Plan 752 1485; a portion of SW 21-51-24-4 and a portion of NW 21-51-24-4; located east of 101 Street SW and south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW), Ellerslie, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone to (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone, (CSC) Shopping Centre Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone;
2. The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by deleting from it Appendix I to Schedule 930 and substituting therefor as Appendix I the map annexed hereto as Schedule ”B”.
