The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

Amendment No. 615

WHEREAS portions of N 13-52-24-4; portions of S 24-52-24-4; Lots 3, 4, 5PUL, 6, 7, and 8PUL, Block 16, Plan 802 0335; Lot 6, Block 6, Plan 792 3220; Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 15, Plan 802 0335; Block OT, Plan 822 1615; a portion of Block X, Plan 752 0797; a portion of Lot M, Plan 892 3379, a portion of Lot 1R, Block 6, Plan 752 0797; Blocks A and B, Plan 3252AR and Lot C, Block 2, Plan 752 0779, located between 34 and 50 Streets NW and north of Whitemud Drive, Pylypow Industrial, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IS) Special Industrial Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone; and

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, (IL) Light Industrial Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone;

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:

1.       The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as portions of N 13-52-24-4; portions of S 24-52-24-4; Lots 3, 4, 5PUL, 6, 7, and 8PUL, Block 16, Plan 802 0335; Lot 6, Block 6, Plan 792 3220; Lots 1 to 10, inclusive, Block 15, Plan 802 0335; Block OT, Plan 822 1615; a portion of Block X, Plan 752 0797; a portion of Lot M, Plan 892 3379, a portion of Lot 1R, Block 6, Plan 752 0797; Blocks A and B, Plan 3252AR and Lot C, Block 2, Plan 752 0779, located between 34 and 50 Streets NW and north of Whitemud Drive, Pylypow Industrial, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IS) Special Industrial Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone to (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, (IL) Light Industrial Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone.

 

2.       Appendix I of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay being Section 811 of the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by removing the lands legally described as; portions of Lots 4 and 5, Block 9 and Lot 7, Block 6, Plan 792 3220; portions of Lot 6, Block 9, Lot 5, Block 13, Lots 1 and 2, Block 7, Plan 812 0968; a portion of Lot 52, Block RLY, Plan 3676HW; a portion of Lot 8, Block 13, Plan 972 2797; a portion of Lot 10, Block 7, Plan 012 5769; portions of Lots 5 – 7 inclusive, Block F, Plan 2214HW; portions of Lots 10 and 11, Block Y, Plan 832 3168; portions of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8U, Block 5, Lots 1 – 4 inclusive, Block 6, Plan 782 0924; a portion of Block G, Plan 2866CL; a portion of Lot A, Plan 143HW; and a portion of SE 24-52-24-4; located north of 68 Avenue and west of 42 Street; and by adding the lands legally described as; a portion of Lot 1R, Block 6, Plan 752 0797; Lot 6, Block 6, Plan 792 3220; and portions of S 24-52-24-4; Edmonton, Alberta, within the area of application of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay.
