A Bylaw to amend Bylaw 12800, as amended,

The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

Amendment No. 665

WHEREAS portions of NW, NE and SW 21-51-24-4 and a portion of Lot A, Plan 2581NY; located south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and west of 91 Street SW, Ellerslie Industrial Area, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map and Appendix I to Section 930 - Special Area, Ellerslie Industrial as (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone; and

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (CSC) Shopping Centre Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone;

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:

1.      The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as portions of NW, NE and SW 21-51-24-4 and a portion of Lot A, Plan 2581NY; located south of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and west of 91 Street SW, Ellerslie Industrial Area, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone to (CSC) Shopping Centre Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone;

2.        The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by deleting from it Appendix I to Schedule 930 and substituting therefor as Appendix I the map annexed hereto as Schedule ”B”.
