A Bylaw to amend Bylaw 12800, as amended,

The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

Amendment No. 666

WHEREAS Block 2, Plan 012 2043 and portions of SW 28-51-24-4; located north of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and east of Gateway Boulevard, Ellerslie Industrial Area, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map and Appendix I to Section 930 - Special Area, Ellerslie Industrial as (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone; and

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone and to include it within Major Commercial Corridors Overlay being Section 813 the above described property to (CB2) General Business Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone;

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:

1.        The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as Block 2, Plan 012 2043 and portions of SW 2851-24-4; located north of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and east of Gateway Boulevard, Ellerslie Industrial Area, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone to (CB2)General Business Zone and (EIB) Ellerslie Industrial Business Zone;

 

2.       The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by deleting from it Appendix I to Schedule 930 and substituting therefor as Appendix I the map annexed hereto as Schedule ”B”.

3.       Appendix I of the Major Commercial Corridors Overlay being Section 813 of the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by including the lands legally described as Block 2, Plan 012 2043 and portions of SW 28-51-24-4; located north of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW) and east of Gateway Boulevard, Ellerslie Industrial Area, Edmonton, Alberta, within the area of application of the Major Commercial Corridors Overlay.
