WHEREAS portions of NE, NW and SW 1/4 27-51-25-4; located between 156 and 170 Streets, north of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW); Ambleside, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map and Appendix I to Section 960 Special Area Ambleside as (AG) Agricultural Zone and (RF5) Row Housing Zone; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described properties to (AP) Public Parks Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone, (RSL) Residential Small Lot Zone, (RF6) Medium Density Multiple Family Zone, (RA7a) Ambleside Low Rise Apartment Zone, (CSCa) Ambleside Shopping Centre Zone and (UVCa) Ambleside Urban Village Commercial Zone;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as portions of NE, NW and SW 1/4 27-51-25-4; located between 156 and 170 Streets, north of Ellerslie Road (9 Avenue SW); Ambleside, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AG) Agricultural Zone and (RF5) Row Housing Zone to (AP) Public Parks Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone, (RSL) Residential Small Lot Zone, (RF6) Medium Density Multiple Family Zone, (RA7a) Ambleside Low Rise Apartment Zone, (CSCa) Ambleside Shopping Centre Zone and (UVCa) Ambleside Urban Village Commercial Zone.
2. The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby further amended by deleting from it Appendix I to Schedule 960 and substituting therefor as Appendix I the map annexed hereto as Schedule ”r;B”.
