WHEREAS a portion of Lot 15, Block14, Plan 4575S and a portion of Block F, Plan 872 2108; located at 8015 - 95A Street NW and 8120 - 93 Street NW, Ritchie, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone and to include it within Mature Neighbourhood Overlay being Section 814 the above described property to (RF3) Low Density Development Zone;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as a portion of Lot 15, Block14, Plan 4575S and a portion of Block F, Plan 872 2108; located at 8015 - 95A Street NW and 8120 - 93 Street NW, Ritchie, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone to (RF3) Low Density Development Zone;
2. Appendix I of the Mature Neighbourhood Overlay being Section 814 of the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by including the lands legally described as a portion of Lot 15, Block14, Plan 4575S and a portion of Block F, Plan 872 2108; located at 8015 - 95A Street NW and 8120 - 93 Street NW, Ritchie, Edmonton, Alberta, within the area of application of the Mature Neighbourhood Overlay.
3. Appendix I of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay being Section 811 of the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by removing the lands legally described as a portion of Lot 15, Block14, Plan 4575S and a portion of Block F, Plan 872 2108, Edmonton, Alberta, from the area of application of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay.
