WHEREAS Block 1, 2, and 3, Plan NC; Lots 9 to 13, 25, 26 and 28 to 32, Block B, Plan ND; Block OT, Plan ND; Lot 33, Block B, Plan 882 1872; Lots 8, 10, and 14, Plan Edmonto; Lot A, Plan R1; Blocks B, C, and OT, Plan R1; Lot E, Block B, Plan 854 AY; Block OT, Plan 3242; Block OT, Plan R; Block OT, Plan 2889MC; and Lot A, Plan NA1, located south of Grierson Hill Road and west of 95 Street NW, Riverdale, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone and (RA8) Medium Rise Apartment Zone; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (AN) River Valley Activity Node Zone;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described Block 1, 2, and 3, Plan NC; Lots 9 to 13, 25, 26 and 28 to 32, Block B, Plan ND; Block OT, Plan ND; Lot 33, Block B, Plan 882 1872; Lots 8, 10, and 14, Plan Edmonto; Lot A, Plan R1; Blocks B, C, and OT, Plan R1; Lot E, Block B, Plan 854 AY; Block OT, Plan 3242; Block OT, Plan R; Block OT, Plan 2889MC; and Lot A, Plan NA1, located south of Grierson Hill Road and west of 95 Street NW, Riverdale, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone and (RA8) Medium Rise Apartment Zone to (AN) River Valley Activity Node Zone.
