A Bylaw to amend Bylaw 12800, as amended,

The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw

Amendment No. 947

 

WHEREAS Lots 1 to 4 inclusive, 5PUL and Lot 6, Block 14, Plan 8020335; Lots 1, 2PUL and Lot 3, Block 17, Plan 8020335; Blocks A and B, Plan 3252AR and a portion of the roadway to be closed by Bylaw 14908, located west of 34 Street NW and north of 56 Avenue NW, Pylypow Industrial, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone; and

 

WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (IL) Light Industrial Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone;

 

NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:

 

1.       The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as Lots 1 to 4 inclusive, 5PUL and Lot 6, Block 14, Plan 8020335; Lots 1, 2PUL and Lot 3, Block 17, Plan 8020335; Blocks A and B, Plan 3252AR and a portion of the roadway to be closed by Bylaw 14908, located west of 34 Street NW and north of 56 Avenue NW, Pylypow Industrial, Edmonton, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (AGI) Industrial Reserve Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone to (IL) Light Industrial Zone, (PU) Public Utility Zone and (IB) Industrial Business Zone.
