WHEREAS portions of SE 21-53-23-4, SW 22-53-23-4, NE 22-53-23-4, NW 22-53-23-4, and Block 3, Plan 8920191, located west of 33 Street NE and south of 137 Avenue NE, Clover Bar Area, Edmonton, Alberta, are specified on the Zoning Map as (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, (IM) Medium Industrial Zone, and (IH) Heavy Industrial Zone; and
WHEREAS an application was made to rezone the above described property to (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone;
NOW THEREFORE after due compliance with the relevant provisions of the Municipal Government Act RSA 2000, ch. M-26, as amended, the Municipal Council of the City of Edmonton duly assembled enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map, being Part III to Bylaw 12800 The Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by rezoning the lands legally described as portions of SE 21-53-23-4, SW 22-53-23-4, NE 22-53-23-4, NW 22-53-23-4, and Block 3, Plan 8920191, located west of 33 Street NE and south of 137 Avenue NE, Clover Bar Area, Edmonton, Alberta, which lands are shown on the sketch plan annexed hereto as Schedule ”A”, from (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, (IM) Medium Industrial Zone, and (IH) Heavy Industrial Zone to (A) Metropolitan Recreation Zone, (IB) Industrial Business Zone, and (IM) Medium Industrial Zone.
2. Appendix I of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay being Section 811 of the Edmonton Zoning Bylaw is hereby amended by deleting the lands legally described as a portion of NE 22-53-23-4, located north of 127 Avenue NE and east of 17 Street NE, Clover Bar Area, Edmonton, Alberta within the area of application of the North Saskatchewan River Valley and Ravine System Protection Overlay.
