A Separation Space, or Setback shall not be required below Grade, except that the Development Officer may require that a Yard, or any portion of it, be unobstructed and undisturbed below grade in order to preserve existing vegetation, or to provide an adequate growing environment for any proposed or required Landscaping.
Setback requirements in any Zone apply to Accessory buildings or Structures, except those in Residential Zones, in which case subsection 50.3 applies.
