No parking, loading, storage, trash collection, outdoor service or display area shall be permitted within a Setback. Loading, storage and trash collection areas shall be located to the rear or sides of the principal building and shall be screened from view from any adjacent Sites, public roadways or Light Rail Transit lines, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Bylaw. The above regulations shall not apply to buildings used exclusively for Professional, Financial and Office Support Services.
As a condition of Development Permit, the applicant shall be responsible for berming, landscaping and/or constructing a noise attenuation wall south of 95 Avenue to the satisfaction of the Development Officer.
